Working Student - IT Management (f­­/­­m­­/­­d)

General support in the administration of the departments within the area Industrial Lines Development, such as organising office supplies (hardware, licences etc.), managing calendars, processing invoices, assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents Managing internal and external communication including email correspondence and telephone calls Collecting and analyzing data to assist with reporting and evaluation Coordination, scheduling and preparation of management appointments including gathering and preparing necessary content with PowerPoint, Excel, Miro or other tools
